we bought this for our 8 and 10 year olds and they love it -- though they are spending a little less time on it than we thought -- you do get tired easily. I'd like to find out how best to use it for cardio. worried about how hard it will be to remove the netting for winter storage, and the instructions are vague about that - do we need to take it all the way down for winter? or just the netting?

We use this every day to bring smiles to our faces - seriously. I challenge anyone to be sad on a trampoline. The kids would rather jump on the trampoline than play video games or watch movies. It's fun all the time. It was a bit of a challenge to put up because the directions were poorly translated into English from wherever they were originally written, and the pieces were not labelled very effectively. But we figured it out and put it up in a few hours. No complaints.

Bought this trampoline for the kids. I like the safety net and the trampoline seems quite sturdy. Assembly was pretty easy for my husband, he had the kids help a little and they were done in an hour. I think this trampoline is a good value for the money. Hoping it will last a LONG time!

The most solid trampoline we have used, and very quiet. The setup was very easy, I put it together myself in about 2 hours(I did need some help from my 10 year old daughter two times for a total of 5 minutes). The kids love it and say it is bigger than any of their friends trampolines and it bounces better than any they had been on! Very happy so far.

The directions could be better. The top rail system is a bit hard to set up. I thought it would be a good support for the net, but it turns out it is not. The net seems to be a bit thin, I don't expect it to last more than a year or two. We will see. I'm also disappointed in the fact that you have to weave several pieces of rope throughout the 80 V rings to get the bottom of the net secure. The net that you string it through is thin, so we'll see how long the bottom part last. Had I known that before buying the trampoline, I wouldn't have purchased it. I knew I should have bought the Skywalker. I know several people who have them & they are not disappointed with theirs.

My kids are enjoying the trampoline. This trampoline is well built, sturdy, seems like it will last. The directions for putting together were fairly sparse, not very clear; with a few mistakes we got it together in reasonable amount of time.

Bought this for our son who loves the trampolines at his gym class. [...] was fully assembled by just me in 5 hours. All components are very solid and well-designed. The safety net connects to the edge of the mat (inside of the springs) with a series of cords that you use to sew them together. This makes it harder for the kids to get hurt by the springs. Overall we are very impressed by the trampoline. Connecting the springs was easy and the hit includes a simple tool to help pull the springs into place which I only used on half of them. The fully assembled trampoline can be dragged across the lawn by one person (with a bit of effort) to mow underneath.

Bought this trampoline for our 11 yr old son who is a competitive gymnast. It came quickly and was easy to set up using the video. There is a slight discrepancy between the written instructions and the video - follow the video. It was great that we had it up and jumping on it within a few hours the same day. So far, we all LOVE it! Along with friends, our 2 yr old son and moms - we're all having a blast. It is sturdy, quiet and definitely worth it.

This trampoline[...]is the perfect size. Other people who had researched this one said it had forged joints and was galvanized to last longer. We shall find out, but if it lasts even twice a s long as the cheaper ones, we will be glad we read a lot of other reviews before choosing this model. We have 1 friend who has had theirs more than 5 years.One recommendation - order a set of TIE DOWN STAKES at the same time you order this! We ordered ours after it arrived, and within 48 hours of us putting it up had a 60 MPH windstorm toss it despite being sandbagged. GET THE $22 stake kit or you may really wish you had - ours wasn't ruined, but we have 2 other friends who had theirs totaled by wind.

I did a thorough web search of highly rated trampolines and this was one of the best in terms of quality, price and size. Mercantalia were great; [...] I highly recommend watching the DVD which accompanies this trampoline; the written instructions are not great. Also, you need at least one other person with you setting it up. Follow exactly as suggested, placing springs at opposite points in the circle instead of going around in a circle. It's labor-intensive but simple if you follow the instructions. Have a laptop handy with the DVD instructions if you need to refer back. My kids love it, 12 and 14 yr. old. They, their friends, and the adults putting up the trampoline all had some fun jumping after set-up.

I purchased this for my kids and I found the product to be just what i expected from the other reviews. This trampoline has very good quality. It is well built and quiet once set up. I agree with the other reveiws, the instructions suck. It will send you on a wild goose chase trying to follow. If you are handy person you will figure it out. I did it by myself and it took about 5 hours. All in all, it is worth the buy and you and your kids will love it.

Bought this to have a safe trampoline for our grandchildren to jump on when they come to visit. Little difficult to put together instruction wise. Legs come apart easily when moved. But overall seems to be a great trampoline and the green is also very asthetically pleasing.

This thing was pretty easy to setup, as long as you have a couple people. It does get a little vague in spots, especially the in reference to the section on assembly of the main ring as far as which pieces go where, but anyone with an IQ over 50 should get it resolved quickly. Its a lot of fun but the enclosure does catch the wind a bit (30-40mph) and you may want to get the anchor kit to ensure it doesn't go tumbling across the yard.

As noted in the many other reviews, the instructions are horrific. The video gets you a little more information. It took us a few attempts before we got the frame put together correctly. After that it's easy. Excellent product though.

This is my 2nd trampoline. It is much higher in quality compared to my 1st one that I bought in a toystore. The main frame of the trampoline took a while to figure out, but once I did, I was very impressed by the design from a strength and longevity standpoint. The fiberglass pole ring around the top of the enclosure could be done much simpler but it works just fine. Overall is is of excellent quality.

The finished result is great, as expected. The setup has the same complaints as others. The paper instructions are useless and will only cause mistakes. Although I plunged ahead, by myself, without using the DVD and was able to get through with several pauses & head scratching. I did it by myself, though not recommended in a total of 3.5 hours, but I am also a big DIYer across the board.

First I should say that we gave our daughter this trampoline for Christmas and had hoped she would spend lots of time on it. It hasn't been as huge a hit as we hoped and she usually wants company when she jumps--watching or jumping with her so we are very glad we didn't get a smaller trampoline since we have had to mostly diregard theinstructions to only allow one person to jump at a time. It probably wouldn't get much use if we made her jump alone. It was pretty easy to set up instruction wise but it was essential for their to be two people and that they have some strength in order to pull the springs to fit. It isn't as bouncy as I thought it would be and the green pad had some tears and marks from the packaging. I wasn't about to put another together or take this one apart to return so you should check all your pieces before you assemble. Overall we like it but don't love it.

Our kids LOVE this trampoline and we feel it is a very safe and durable prodcut. We set it up in about 3 hours with someone who knew what they were doing. It is a bit time-consuming but needs to be since our kids are jumping on it! We can tell this is a very durable, well built product.

Very, very happy with quality of the product. Took a couple of hours to install and I had a neighbor help me for about 1/2 that time. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking at trampolines. I appreciated the 14' radius because it was perfect for the space we had next to the kids wooden playset. I felt the standard 12' would be too small and the 15' would have been too tight next to the swingset.
there are cheaper sets but we planned to have this for several years and i didnt want to have to replace it downline. Frame, springs and jumping surface are much higher quality that then ones I've see at other retail stores.
Arrived quickly via UPS and packed very well in two very heavy boxes. My biggest complaint is the horrible assembly instructions. It took us a couple of times to assemble, unassemble and reassemble to get the frame assembly correct. As other reviews mention, the video was a big help but better written instructions showing the correct spring attachment markings on the frame pieces would be an easy fix for the manufacturer and would have made assembly a breeze.
Only other issue, and I think it was due to the cold, was when I was attaching the netting to the caps on the posts, two of the 4 plastic caps broke. I filled out a warranty form online, however, and replacement parts quickly arrived and were easy to replace.
Kids love it and I love the idea of them being active. Their using it a lot in the middle of a Northeastern winter so come the warmer weather they'll likely use it nearly every day as they do their wooden playset.

It is a must to read the directions, however they could be much easier to follow. Labeling of parts was very inconsistent and incomplete. Assemble legs first and flip individually then connect. Three people put the trampoline together in less than 2 hours but we had a difficult time with the poles connecting the safety net which took much longer than we expected. Two connectors NEED to be labeled!

We bought this trampoline as an early Christmas present for our seven year old son and he just loves it. He uses it everyday and its a great energy burner. It was easy to set-up, just read the instructions carefully and watch the DVD. I took my laptop with the DVD in it out where we set up the trampoline, its useful to have the DVD nearby. It was very easy to separate the different pieces before putting it together. Its very sturdy feeling and safe. I like that the enclosure netting ties into the edge of the jumping surface, keeping little feet from ever getting tangled up in the springs. I would definately recommend this brand and size for everyone. My neighbor and her girls were over yesterday and she was very impressed with the construction of our trampoline. They have a smaller size trampoline that they paid three times what we paid for this JumpPod 14ft. Please buy this one if you have the room and are looking for a great product at a great price.
Delivery was very fast and the product arrived undamaged. Great delivery service. I had to troubles setting it up, so can't comment on customer service.

This is our third trampoline and this one is great. It was relatively easy to assemble. We like that the safety net is inside the springs so you dont have to worry about falling on them. It is a nice color and it blends well with the back yard. My boys are big teenagers and it is still really bouncy.

This product is great. My boys ages 2 & 5 use it every chance they get. They love to jump and I know that they're safe with the enclosure. I ocassionally get on with my boys and it gives me a great work-out. It has a good bounce and the safety of the product is wonderful. I also like the fact that the springs alternate for set up. It gives it a much better bounce. The only thing that I do recommend is to use the encolosed DVD to set it up because the written instructions are not clear at all. My husband and a friend had the whole thing put up in @ 90 mins.
I ordered our product on the phone because I was unable to find certain info on the internet. When I called the customer service they answered all of my questions and were very polite, patient and knowledgeable. I like to be a well informed buyer when spending money on large items. The money I spent has been very well worth it so far. Upon ordering the item I was told it would be delivered in @ 2 weeks. I was certainly hoping to have it sooner and had said as much. I ordered the product on a Sunday morning and received the product on Wednesday afternoon of the same week. I was so excited to be able to get it so soon and have it set up for my sons birthday party for that weekend. Overall, the service and delivery were exceptional!!!!!!!

Husband stated that the instructions for assembly for bottom frame were hard to follow. Assembly with one person took over 4 hours; really a two person job. The mat, springs, and spring cover are good quality. I liked the fact the safety enclosure was included and the shoe holder is useful added feature. The kid's use the trampoline every day. They really enjoy the firm bounce quality.
Delivery was super fast! Arrived the next day after online order completed! Product packaging in good condition upon arrival. Would purchase again from Trampoline Superstore.

This is great for the kids to get some real exercise while enjoying themselves. The netting on the enclosure is the best. Even little fingers cannot get in the holes. Previous trampolines, the kids would hang onto the netting and eventually break it. As long as the padding on the springs holds up, I'm a very happy person.

This was fairly easy to set up with a friend. The design seems well thought out and sturdy. It took about 1.5 to 2 hours to put it together. One tip on attaching the springs: I found it easier to put the spring on the tarp first and then stretch the spring to the frame, although I think the instructions recommend attaching the spring to the frame first. [...]I live on the East Coast. Good exercise for adults and kids. My 3 and 6 year old go to bed easily after a bit of jumping.

I bought this for my 6 year old daughters birthday, she LOVES it. Everyday after school it is the first thing she does. I really like that it came with, and would recommend the enclosure. I feel safe knowing she can't fall off.
It only took her Dad a few hours to put together and he was able to do it solo. It was a great buy for the price and I did my shopping, this is the best price for what you get.
It was very prompt delivery. Everything we needed to put it up was there and all the parts were in good condition.

The trampoline is awesome but really hard to set-up. It took us two weekends to figure out what the video was talking about. The trampoline, however, is perfect for our needs. Two of my girls are gymnasts and are loving the bounce (some neighbors have trampolines that they regard as "hard"). It is the best trampoline for the price.

I was very excited to get this trampoline for my family. I was up to the task of putting it together by myself before they got home. Total setup time was about 2 hours, and this was the entire trampoline and mat. The only thing I was not able to put up by myself was the safety enclosure net. The instructions for putting the enclosure up were very confusing for me.
Delivery with this item was great! I contacted customer service to see if I could get it sooner than was estimated. I received a response within a few hours saying that there would be no issue with getting it out to me as soon as possible. From the time I ordered to the delievery was 4 days. The overall delivery experience was great.

my 3yr old granddaughter was just diagnosed with juvenile diabetes. one of the best ways to control blood sugar levels is exercise. my daughter suggested a trampoline would help.i had some safety concerns but my daughter said it's so much safer than jumping on the bed. the kids just love it.the 3 yr old is already getting fewer insulin injections. that's a good thing. they are on it first thing in the morning and last thing at nite. all the neighborhood kids love it also. my daughters next door neighbor wanted to know where to send the thank you note. i can't wait to try it myself
my daughter asked for a trampoline as an early xmas gift. her youngest is a diabetic and jumping is a great way to control blood sugar. it came in less than a week from ordering. assembly took awhile but it was worth it. the kids have been jumping morning, noon and nite.it has definetly helped lower katie's blood sugar and that means fewer insulin shots. my daughter said it safe for everyone. all the neighborhood kids love it also.

This is a great product, but make sure you don't just read the instructions, but watch the dvd as well. We had to take it apart 2 times before we got it right. The pictures on the instrucion manual aren't very clear at all. Once it was set-up our kid's haven't stopped bouncing!

After many months of deliberation, I finally decided to purchase a trampoline for my family. I then began the search. With the help of the very helpful Mercantila agent, I chose the JumpPod Elite 14'. It is perfect for my kids! They are 15, 12 and 8 weighing 180, 140 and 80 lbs. This trampoline is perfect for them. They can bounce so high and it is wide enough for them to flip. Any dimension smaller and we would have been disappointed. For the size of our group (tallest is 6'2", we could have even gone to the 15' and been even happier). If you have older/taller kids, I wouldn't recommend anything smaller than 14'. They seem to be thrilled with it! The installation was fairly simple, especially because I highly encouraged my husband and sons to watch the dvd beforehand. They did, and they admitted that it was easy because of the dvd. It only took them about 1 1/2 hours to complete the set-up process. The quality of the trampoline and enclosure is very good. No complaints. :)

The trampoline is great, once it is set-up. The instructions had numbers for parts, the parts were labeled with letters. Assuming A would be 1, B would be 2, etc., didn't work. Should have had parts numbered 1 - 7. All of our parts were only As and Bs. Throw away the instructions and just use common sense is your best bet in putting this together though.

We bought this to replace an 8 year old Jump King. We decided to go with the same product because the old one had held up so well. We never took it down in the winter (live in NW Connecticut and get LOTS of snow and ice) as my son would just shovel it off and still use it. It was still in fantastic shape, except that a tree had fallen on it last winter and ripped the net - no other damage, just a ripped net! (that's how sturdy it was) Decided it was more cost effective to get a whole new trampoline. It is used primarily by our 14 year old son and his friends, and it is used virtually everyday, no matter the weather. We had no problems assembling it. In fact, our son and his friend took down the old trampoline and set up the new one in less then 3 hours, net and all. We love how this one has black tubes over the enclosure bars, it virtually blends right into the wooded background. We have no doubt we will get many years out of this new trampoline and would defintely recommend it. The only reason we did not give it 5 stars is because of the new door on the enclosure. It is small and a bit more difficult for teens to get into. Other then that, it is perfect.

We bought this for our 2 1/2 year old. It says 6 year minimum, but it is safe especially with the netting and adult supervision.We had 6 2-3 year old on it at one time. We only put one adult on it at a time and it holds up great. This is a great starter trampoline that is sturdy and easy to set up. The instruction book sucks, but the DVD is great. I set it up myself in 3 hours and I was not in a rush since it was 90 and humid out. My wife helped my put the net up. That was the only part that needed 2 people. Great buy

Our boys are very active and need an outlet for their energy. This trampoline was easy to set up (review the video first so you can save yourself some heartache). It went together very easily, the parts are all clearly labeled and our boys (8 and 6) even helped us set it up. It's awesome that the net is INSIDE the spring area, and with the harsh Colorado winters and the bright sunshine, if the outside pads do ever wear out, they're easy to take off and replace. Although I'm hopeful we won't have to do that for a long time. We are VERY pleased!

Set up was easy - my wife did most of it while I was doing other things around the house. I only had to help a couple of times (mostly to set up the safety screen). This trampoline works great. We bought it for our family to use - our youngest being 5. I read the reviews before purchasing and this one had the best overall reviews for the price. It was definitely easy to set up. It can be set up by one person. The written instructions are not very detailed and are confusing. I opted to watch the DVD (which is what others had recommended) I took the laptop outside, put in the DVD, and put it together. It really is simple. We have had it a couple of weeks and are happy with it. We even slept on it one night as a family.

This trampoline was easy to set up, and twice as good as our last one. We use it for fun as well as fitness. Out of all the toys we have ever bought, a trampoline is the one that we got way over our money's worth. My daughter loves it and won't outgrow it. I reccomended this trampoline to my brother as soon as we set it up. The springs are on the outside of the enclosure, so there is no danger of slipping through.
The trampoline arrived way ahead of schedule. It came in two huge undamaged boxes. The customer service representative I talked to was friendly and helpful.

Grandpa and I set this trampoline up in about 90 minutes without any problems. You need to be of at least middling strength to hook up the final springs, but that's the only real challenge. My 11-year old son, a gymnast, has used every trampoline in the book, and he loves this one. Every kid in the neighborhood has been over in the past few weeks -- we're suddenly the most popular family around -- and everyone is loving it. A real bargain. Can't comment on longevity, but after a few thunderstorms, seems to be holding up well.

The delivery of our trampoline was prompt, even faster than we had anticipated. When we first ordered the trampoline, we were told that it would not be shipped for about two weeks. Seems okay and sturdy but had a really hard time getting it put together. Directions were hard to follow. Springs were very hard to put on and there are lots of them. I was bit concerned that when we were moving it after assembly, one of the legs came off. It seems that they should be attached with screws so that they can not come undone. If someone jumped and they came off, that could be very dangerous. I hope that is not going happen, but I don't see how it is prevented without screws.

The trampoline is very solidly constructed with quality materials. Labeling and DVD for assembly were easy to follow. Seems like a very good value for the money.
Customer service was very helpful with selecting the right trampoline based on our expected use. Delivery was on schedule and easy to track online.

We bought this for our 4 children... age 2-10. It is the best $$ we have spent on them!! They jump on it all the time! It is very sturdy. I really like that the enclosure net is on the inside of the springs! Great feature! I'd recommend it to anyone!!

We researched quite extensively before purchasing this product. All the elements are there as far as safety etc. It is a great trampoline, the kids love it! But, this is not an easy tramp. to assemble. It took 3 hours for two adult to put together.

My son (10) used this trampoline at a friend's house and came right home and said that he had to have it! He'd only been on it for 5 minutes! With a little research I had settled on the JumpPod ELITE and found that it was the same one his friend had. He and my other son (13) even gave us some of their saved birthday cash to help pay for it. Ordering was easy, all the information was accurate, the best price and it actually came a day earlier than expected and the set-up was pretty easy. Not only do my kids LOVE it but so do all the kids in the neighborhood! This was a great "sort-of" impulse buy!!

This trampoline is awesome and well worth the extra money. It is sturdy, well made, quiet and the green and black color scheme is much less of an eye sore than the big blue monsters that most people have in their yards. My 6 yr old loves it! Assembly was fairly easy as long as you watch the dvd step by step. The instruction manual leaves you with a lot of questions. My husband and I put it together in about 3 hours.
Mercantila's customer service is incredible. I receieved an email detailing every step my trampoline made from processing to delivery at my door step. Fantastic!

This is the first trampoline that we have purchased and we are pleased with the unit.
It arrived on schedule.
Appears to be very durable, as both my husband and 12 yr old were jumping at the same time. That is approx 300 lbs of weight.
I highly advise watching the assembly DVD that comes with the unit prior to setting up. Had we done this, it would have only taken an hour and half to assemble. We spent 2 hours reading the directions and trying to follow them prior to watching the DVD. The instructions listed parts with the connectors attached as well as the connector seperatly which was really confusing. While it was not hard to do, the most tedious part of the assembly process is sewing the bottom of the saftey net to the mat.
There are a total of 12 tiny screws between the frame and the saftey net poles combined. While I see and understand the the frame it very tight and snug, I still wonder how, after anchoring the units legs to the ground, the unit will not pop off the legs in a storm.
I was really excited about the free shoe bag that came with the unit, however did not end up attaching this to the unit. The kids are too excited and in a hurry to get in and jump to take the time to place their shoes in the bag.
The padding around the poles and frame are thicker in person than they appear to be in the pictures of this unit.
At this time, I feel I would recommed this to a friend.

I bought this for my kids. I will not be using it, but I did set it up. It's clear that the instructions were written in "English as a Second Language" because while they were mostly clear, they were certainly lacking in depth that a primary English speaker would have provided. As such, because of the overall lack of detail, I had to set up the frame three times before I got it right, as the instructions just weren't in-depth enough.
Furthermore the diagrams for setting up the frame were a mirror-image of how they actually go together, and that caused a bit of early anxiety.
Other than that, the trampoline is very nice. I love the fact that the netting extends to the edge of the mat and not the frame, making it much safer than our previous trampoline. The instructions for the netting were actually very clear.

My kids love this! Iwas hesitant to buy a trampoline afraid of injuries, but this is safe and sturdy! I have four children ages 13,12,10, and 8, and my husband and I both jump on it with all of them with no problem. It has been great, and they stay on it daily for hours! It has really brought the kids together giving them something they can all play at the same time, despite their different interests and ages.Wonderful!!

We bought this for our twin girls 6th birthday, they have wanted one for about a year and so that is how long I have been looking at trampolines. I would have to say that this one sounded the best out of all of the information. When it arived and I put it up in only 2 hours by myself I was amazed at the construction of the frame and how the enclouser was sewed into the springs. I looked it over and said I have got to try this before my girls do, I am 6'5" and weight around 265 and this thing did not budge when I got to jumping on it for the first time. Awsome product and I would buy this as a gift for anyone that I know.
